At the beginning of March, as part of my work duties, I checked the Turiec River, which is a national nature reserve. Winter in 2020 is characterized by very changeable weather, with only occasional frosts or snowfall. In such a short period of cooling with frost and snowfall, when birds tend to gather on unfrozen water surfaces, I managed to make this pleasant observation of white-fronted geese.
