Reaction of the Veľká Fatra National Park to false claims in the media

The Veľká Fatra National Park strongly rejects the false and misleading claims that have recently been publicized in the media in connection with the activities of the Fatra Intervention Team.
The Fatra intervention team proceeds with each elimination of a specific problem individual exclusively in accordance with the applicable legislation and internal regulations of the organization. Based on the received complaint, the management has proceeded to an internal investigation of compliance with work procedures and preventive measures will be taken after its completion.
The Veľká Fatra National Park will continue to communicate openly and professionally about its activities and rejects attempts to spread false information that damages the reputation of the organization and its employees.
In the event of repeated attempts to disparage the work of the Fatra Intervention Team, the management of the Veľká Fatra National Park will take further legal steps.
