The new visitor rules of the Veľká Fatra National Park were discussed in Ľubochňa
An important topic was opened in Ľubochňa today – the preparation of a new visitor rules for the Veľká Fatra National Park. The working meeting was attended by the State Secretary of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic together with representatives of the national park management and mayors of municipalities from the territory of the park and its protection zone.
The aim of the meeting was to discuss the specific requirements of the municipalities and discuss the possibilities of incorporating them into the prepared document. The new visitor rules have the ambition to clearly set the rules of movement and activities in the park so that they take into account the needs of nature conservation and the everyday life of local residents.
Dialogue between the state, the national park and local governments is crucial. Open communication and the search for common solutions are the basis for creating rules that will be sustainable in the long term and respected by all parties.
The Veľká Fatra is our common natural heritage. Its protection and development must be based on cooperation, mutual respect and responsibility. We create the future of this area together.
