The Teplice serpentines are a unique system of ponds and water serpentines built in the years 1870 – 1875 by Count Révay. The route begins at the Medokýš well between the villages of Turčianska Štiavnička and Sklabiňa.
The trail leads along the stream, over wooden bridges and around ponds. The entire system is accessible all year round and free of charge. It is an easy route suitable even for very young children. In 2008, the site was included among the Seven Wonders of Turiec.
