In recent days, the Administration of the Veľká Fatra National Park has replaced the shingle roof at one of the field stations.
Material, technical equipment and supplies were taken out gradually over several days. In total, it was almost 3000 kg. The difficulty consisted of a large elevation gain, difficult winter terrain and a 3.5 km route. We would like to thank all the dedicated employees of the Administration of the Veľká Fatra National Park, the Mountain Rescue Service of the Veľká Fatra, the soldiers from the 57th separate detachment in Martin, the volunteer firefighters of the village of Blatnica and all the volunteers who participated in this physically demanding project. The reward was not only the feeling of the achieved result, but also of the beautiful views of our common Veľká Fatra National Park.
