This time, together with <strong>Ing. Juraj \u017diak, the head of the Fatra Brown Bear Intervention Team<\/strong>, we will go to <strong>the \u013dubochnianska Valley<\/strong> \u2013 one of the longest valleys in Slovakia. <\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\ude8c <strong>Transport by bus from Martin will be provided<\/strong> for registered participants, while it will also be possible to board <strong>in Su\u010dany, Turany, or \u013duboch\u0148a<\/strong>. The bus departure is at 8:30 in front of the Martin railway station, then about 8:45 from Su\u010dany (bus stop at Tesco), about 8:50 from Turany (bus stop in the center near the Municipal Office) and about 9:10 from \u013duboch\u0148a (parking lot at the Institute of Endocrinology). The return to the railway station in Martin will be approximately <strong>around 3:00 p.m<\/strong>. in the afternoon.  <\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udf32 The route will be easy and suitable for everyone, including seniors and families with children. We will move by bus to several locations within the valley, while at each stop we will go to some side valleys. Unique natural scenery and a really interesting interpretation await us.  <\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd0e During the day, you will learn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>what place does the bear have in the ecosystem of the Ve\u013ek\u00e1 Fatra<\/li>\n<li>What affects its presence in the country<\/li>\n<li>what its footprints, droppings, dens or &#8220;scratches&#8221; on the trunks look like<\/li>\n<li>How we can live with large carnivores in a common space<\/li>\n<li>How to behave when meeting a bear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83c\udf92 <strong>We recommend:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>appropriate hiking shoes and appropriate clothing<\/li>\n<li>enough water and a snack<\/li>\n<li>the desire to explore, listen and perceive nature in its most authentic form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udce9 <strong>Registration:<\/strong><br \/>\nBook your seat on the bus by e-mail at: <a href=\"mailto:rezervacie@npvf.sk\"><strong>rezervacie@npvf.sk<\/strong><\/a><strong> until 11.9.2025. <\/strong>When booking, please indicate the names of registered participants, your mobile number and boarding station.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udef6 The number of places is limited!<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udce2 The event is organized thanks to the Implementation of the project within the support measure &#8220;Support of sustainable tourism and strengthening biodiversity in protected areas&#8221; co-financed by <strong>the second Swiss-Slovak Cooperation Program<\/strong>.
