    pursuant to the provisions of Sections 281 to 288 of the Commercial Code<\/p>\n

    declares<\/p>\n

    COMMERCIAL PUBLIC TENDER<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n

    for the sale of timber in the form of the submission of binding proposals.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Subject:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Wood mass (wood on a stump) in the business unit, hereinafter referred to as “OC” (stands) Turiec,. The basis for the subject of the sale are data from PSoL, LC Necpaly, Blatnica, Tur\u010dianske Teplice according to JPRL. <\/p>\n

    Time course of the commercial public tender:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    -Viewing of the offered item of sale on: from 22.5 to 28.5.2025<\/u><\/p>\n

    -Submission of competition proposals: until 28.5.2025 until 14:30<\/u><\/p>\n

    -opening of envelopes with offers: 28.5.2025 at 14:45<\/u><\/p>\n

    -notification of the result of the evaluation: 28.5.2025 at 15:00<\/u><\/p>\n

    -Conclusion of contracts 28.5.-30.5.2025<\/u><\/p>\n

    Method of submitting competition proposals:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Competitive price proposals shall be submitted on the form “Proposal for the Fulfilment of Criteria and Evaluation of Bids” in written form in the Slovak language in two copies, placed in the same envelope. Proposals must be verified by the signature and stamp of the applicant. The envelope with the proposals must be secured against possible premature opening, it must contain the warning “COMPETITION – DO NOT OPEN”<\/strong> with the specification of the competition and the name of the business unit: “Sale of wood for stumps – VC Turiec <\/strong>” and also with the address of the sender. The price in the proposal must be set in the valid currency of the Slovak Republic, i.e. in \u20ac\/m3 according to individual JPRLs. The bidder must submit a price<\/u> in the proposal for each JPRL<\/u>, otherwise he will be excluded from the competition. The tenderer must have at least an authorisation to mediate the trade of goods or services. In order to draw up the purchase contract, the successful bidder will be asked to submit the original or a copy of the extract from the Commercial Register or the Trade Register, not older than 3 months. Envelopes that arrive after the deadline: 28.5.2025 14.30 <\/strong>will not be included in the competition. Envelopes that do not contain all the required data will be excluded from the competition. Competition proposals can be delivered by registered mail, courier or in person to the address of the announcer. They will be taken over by Mgr. Katar\u00edna Zemkov\u00e1 (assistant to the director’s office \/ archive \/ mailroom) mobile no.: 0911 074 452<\/a>, or the offer will be submitted to the mailroom of the Administration of the Ve\u013ek\u00e1 Fatra National Park with its registered office in Martin. The working hours of the mailroom for the physical delivery of envelopes are on weekdays from 6.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. <\/p>\n

    The minimum purchase price for a business unit <\/u>is \u20ac37.50\/m3 – as the estimated value of the total for the business unit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Reimbursement of costs in a commercial public tender:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The announcer does not reimburse the bidders for any costs associated with participation in this commercial public tender.<\/p>\n
